"These taste good, and seem to be having some effect. While I still wake up multiple times during the night, at least I am now getting back to sleep within minutes, rather than hours. I will need to take these for longer period to better ascertain their effectiveness. Alas, each pack only contains 10 days worth, and I think a longer period is needed to be more certain of the effectiveness. In order to make them last a little longer, at weekends I take 1 (2 is the recommended dose), and then take 2 during the work week. I am definitely getting better sleep length, according to my smart watch."
